Tax Credit

Well you are probably aware that the tax credit is extended until March 2010.  What does that mean to you?  Well it means that time is not up and you can still find the home of your dreams and get paid to do it.  What you may not have noticed however is that the credit works for existing homeowners as well. Yes that's true!  If you have lived in your own home for at least 5 of the last 7 years, you qualify for a tax rebate as well if you purchase a new home between now and March 2010.  So okay what are you waiting for give us a call and let's find your new home!
